Returns Policy.

At Bitastreet, we strive to ensure you're satisfied with every purchase. However, if there's an issue with your order, please review our returns policy outlined below.

 

Claims for Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. We will cover the costs of replacements for items that are deemed to be errors on our part. For any claims regarding lost packages, please submit a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
 

To report a problem, please submit a problem report through our website.

 

Return Address & Process

The return address is automatically set to our production partner, Printful's facility. If a return is received, you will receive an email notification. Any returns that remain unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to charity. If a different return address is provided and not the Printful facility, you will be liable for any returned shipments.


Wrong Address

If you, the customer, provides an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be responsible for the costs of reshipping the order after an updated and correct address is confirmed.

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to Printful’s facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs to yourself as the customer. If you do not have a registered account with a valid billing method, the unclaimed order will be donated to charity at your expense, without a refund.

 

Sealed Goods

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods (including, but not limited to face masks) cannot be returned or reshipped once opened. Any returned face masks will be disposed of and are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.

 

Returns Due to Customer Preference

For general returns, we do not accept items returned for buyer’s remorse. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for size issues.

 

Brazilian Customers

Customers residing in Brazil who wish to return an item must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide a photo of the item. The item will be evaluated for use or damage, and if it has been used or damaged, a refund will not be processed.

 

EU Consumers

According to the EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.


Printful and Bitastreet reserve the right to refuse returns at their sole discretion.
