At Bitastreet, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in a timely manner and with minimal hassle. Below, you’ll find details on our shipping policies, including address requirements, shipping times, and other important information.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-10 business days for apparel items and 2-7 business days for non-apparel products. Processing times depend on product availability and order volume.
Shipping Address Requirements
For successful delivery, please ensure that all shipping addresses meet the following guidelines:

All addresses must be entered using Latin characters.

Printify, our fulfillment partner, does not offer address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times, excluding processing times, are as follows:

United States: 5–10 business days

Europe: 3–10 business days

Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping to a PO Box

United States: Delivery to PO boxes is supported, but only with standard delivery. Please ensure the product fits within the largest available PO box size (12" x 22.5").

Other Countries: We do not advise delivery to PO boxes outside the United States. Customers who choose to do so are responsible for any risks, as delivery guarantees may be limited.

Note: PO box addresses cannot be used for Express Delivery orders. If an Express Delivery option is selected with a PO box address, the order will be processed as a standard delivery. We recommend informing customers of potential risks and delays when using PO box addresses.
Shipping to Germany
Orders shipped to Germany, including those to home addresses, parcel lockers (Packstations), or collection points (Paketfiliale or Paketshop), must meet specific requirements to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements for Home Delivery in Germany:

If any of this information is missing, the carrier may be unable to locate the recipient’s apartment, and the package could be returned without further delivery attempts. PO boxes cannot be used for orders shipped to or within Germany.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically updates within 48 hours. If you experience any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us for assistance. While Bitastreet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed, we will do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, or if there are delivery complications, the package will be returned to our fulfillment center. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once an updated address is provided.
International Shipping and Customs
We ship internationally to most countries. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are not included in your order or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for details.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Modifications or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot make changes.
